The first workshop titled Competition Law in the Digital Market: Glovo and other cases was held by our Partners Raško Radovanović and Anja Tasić and focused on the newest developments in the application of competition law rules in the e-commerce sector and platform markets, through the analysis of several new cases of the Serbian competition authority in the digital sphere and the complexities surrounding this area of competition enforcement. 

Our Partner Nikola Cincović and Associate Luka Radojević were in charge of the second workshop – Practical Challenges in the Application of Employment Law. In a lively discussion, they analyzed key challenges employment lawyers face in practice, the inconsistencies in jurisprudence, dated legislative concepts and bureaucratic procedures, as well as how to best manage clients’ expectations.

We thank the Faculty for the opportunity to share our practical insights with the students and hopefully spark up their interest in the discussed topics, and also the students for their turn out and participation in the debate.
