Our German Desk includes lawyers who gained their extensive professional experience in leading Austrian and German law firms as well as top graduates from leading Austrian and German universities. By combining our legal expertise with our linguistic and cultural knowledge, we are the first port of call for German speaking clients requiring a professional legal advice.
Our German Desk is led by our partners Saša Stojanović and Raško Radovanović.
Saša is a qualified lawyer in Austria (as well as in Serbia and Greece). He worked for eight years for a top-tier Austrian law firm E+H Rechtsanwälte GmbH and an international law firm Wolf Theiss in Vienna. During these engagements, Saša advised many German-speaking clients with regard to large-scale matters in Austria and jurisdictions of South East Europe.
Raško has gained extenstive experience during 12 years of working for a top-tier international law firm, where he was a partner. He graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (LLM) and worked with a major German energy company. Raško often advises German-speaking clients on competition-related as well as any other commercial aspects of their everyday business operations in the region of South East Europe.

Saša ist als Rechtsanwalt in Serbien und Griechenland zugelassen und erfüllt alle Voraussetzungen für seine Wiedereintragung als Rechtsanwalt in Österreich. Er war insgesamt acht Jahre für die österreichische Rechtsanwaltskanzlei E+H Rechtsanwälte GmbH und die internationale Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Wolf Theiss in Wien tätig. In dieser Zeit beriet Saša Stojanović viele deutschsprachige Mandanten in Bezug auf ihre rechtlichen Angelegenheiten in Österreich und in Jurisdiktionen der südosteuropäischen Länder.
Raško hat sein LLM-Studium an der Ludwig-Maximiliants-Universität in München abgeschlossen und 11 Jahre bei der führenden österreichischen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz gearbeitet. Raško berät regelmäßig deutschsprachige Mandanten in wettbewerbsrechtlichen sowie allen anderen wirtschaftsrechtlichen Aspekten ihrer alltäglichen Geschäftstätigkeit in Jurisdiktionen der südosteuropäischen Länder.
