EXPERTISE

Raško is a partner and head of our competition and antitrust and compliance practice groups.

Raško has advised some of the most important market players in different industries on antitrust-related aspects of their everyday business operations, internal investigations, setting-up of robust compliance programs and carrying out complex risk assessments and mitigating measures. He constantly represents clients in investigation proceedings and dawn-raids of the competition authorities and coordinates high-profile multi-jurisdictional cases.

Raško has extensive experience in advising clients on distribution and franchising matters. He also advises companies on labelling requirements, advertising rules, unfair trading practices, consumer protection, public procurements and other commercial matters. Raško advises German-speaking clients on competition-related and commercial aspects of their everyday business operations in the region.

Before Radovanović Stojanović & Partners Raško has worked for more than ten years for a top-tier international law firm where he was a partner and head of the competition practice group covering Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia and co-coordinator of the CEE competition practice group.
