Radovanović Stojanović & Partners advises Tuplex Group on the acquisition of Materia
30/11/2023Radovanović Stojanović & Partners advised the shareholders of Pharmanova on the gradual sale of their shares to Sopharma AD.
The transaction is structured in three steps, the acquisition of 25%, 50% and the remaining 25% of shares in Pharmanova. The first step has been closed, whereby the remaining two steps are expected to be implemented in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
Pharmanova is a Serbian manufacturer of generic and over-the-counter drugs, dietary supplements, ointments and medical devices for the markets of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia.
Sopharma AD is a Bulgarian pharmaceutical producer and exporter with strong regional presence and a product portfolio of more than 200 products.
The RSP team was led by Saša Stojanović and also included Đorđe Vićić, Anja Tasić and Živko Kovačević.
