Soravia Group GmbH sells New Mill office building located in Belgrade

Radovanović Stojanović & Partners, together with the investment team of CBRE SEE, advised Soravia Group GmbH on the sale of the New Mill office building located in Belgrade, Serbia. This transaction further cements Serbia as a growing investment destination for commercial real estate and sends a strong message that the office segment remains one of the most attractive asset class for investors, given the strong performance across the entire South Eastern Europe region.

The RSP team was led by Saša Stojanović and also involved Đorđe Vićić, Luka Radojević and Irina Petrović.
